In order to concretize what was for me a fundamental need: to flourish through creation; I chose an atypical path, rich in solid foundations. I cultivated my creative nature by studying graphic arts (1985-88), then my taste for the volume guided me towards the National School of Applied Arts (ENSAAMA) in Paris, with ceramics in 1988-90 . These experiences have enabled me to acquire a valuable vocabulary of graphics, colors and forms. The thread of my journey is a strong attraction for the material. I am passionate about its transformation and I love to experiment it. On the way I discovered that the material receives my print, and reproduces it faithfully. This goes hand in hand with my taste for “cultivating my inner garden”. From this quest naturally emerges a work charged with meaning.
