A professor of literature and computer graphics, Moïse Sadoun has been practicing and teaching photography for around forty years. His work has evolved from a documentary approach to a more speculative, visual photography. He spent around ten years in North America where he was an exhibition
curator for cultural structures. Passionate about the educational issues related to the image, he created the Pôle Image Chiris after having been in charge of the visual arts mission for the Academy of Nice. From 2012 to 2020, he supervised photographic productions at the Villa St Hilaire in Grasse.

These various works have been the subject of numerous exhibitions (Paris, Toulouse, St Etienne, Lyon, Thessaloniki, New Orleans, New York, Winnipeg, Toronto, Grasse, Tourette sur Loup, etc.) and are present in private and public collections (Rodin Museum, Club Med, National Library, University Art Museum of Lafayette, Jewish Museum of Western Canada, etc.)
